Cheer Rules

-Absolutely no Smoking/drinking/illegal drugs in the vicinity of the girls

-3 NO CALL/NO SHOWS your child will Be cut! NO REFUNDS

- excessive lateness is not tolerated. Past 6:30 stay home

-3. 5 out of 7 games. Notify someone if your going to miss a game. The three mandatory games: Rose bowl, Homecoming, Candy Bowl. If one mandatory game is missed that counts as 2 strikes towards your child.

SNEAKERS! (no school shoes, or open toes)

Yoga mat for warm ups (Five Below) or long pants etc

Behavior

Practice is Monday through Thursday 6:00 - 8:00 break is 6:50 to 7:00. ONE BREAK PER PRACTICE IS GIVEN that is time for water, snack, and bathroom breaks.

WATER ONLY PLEASE!

-Questions during practice should be directed toward the coaches

-The need for excessive redirecting is unacceptable

-Please clean up after yourself.
